Wood-Fired Vegan Broth

You will not find a vegetable broth with as much flavor as the vegan broth (with the Vegan Food seal). Composed of more than half a kilo of fresh vegetables used for its preparation, although the definitive factor is the firewood. The vegan broth is an exquisite wood-fired product that is prepared by sautéing the ingredients a lot to extract all the flavor.

Then water is added and the cooking continues slowly so that the aroma of the wood permeates the broth for 90 minutes. Finally, we let it rest for 30 minutes with the embers remaining at the end.

This broth is presented in a 1 liter can with a recycled plastic lid for good preservation.

This elaboration does not incorporate preservatives, additives, aromas or any other ingredient not found in the Mediterranean diet. It is a pure broth, without concentrates and without industrial processes, prepared for up to 24 months of preferential consumption.

Conservation tips

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Although they can be preserved for a long time, their maximum consumption date is 24 months. Once opened, it can be stored in the same container using the recycled plastic lid included in each can, in the refrigerator at 4ºC for a maximum of three days or in the freezer at -18ºC for a maximum of one month.
